Update - TU has delivered files for PCM orders ordered on 11/12 and 11/13, and those orders have been successfully processed.
However, TU is still working through a backlog of orders placed on 11/14 and later, which are yet to be received and processed on our end.

TU is actively working on resolving the issue and completing the processing of the remaining backlog orders.

Resolved - CBSV services are up and all the backlog orders been processed successfully.

Update - We wanted to provide an update regarding CBSV services. Although the government has reopened, CBSV systems remain unavailable, and we have not yet received any response or confirmation from their team.

As a result, all CBSV orders continue to be on hold and are not being processed at this time. We will share updates as soon as we receive additional information.

Monitoring - Due to the ongoing federal government shutdown, the Social Security Administration’s CBSV (Consent Based Social Security Number Verification) service remains unavailable. The agency’s planned year-end maintenance could not be completed, and we have been informed that CBSV services will be offline for the duration of the shutdown.

We understand this may impact your operations and apologize for the inconvenience. Please plan accordingly.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates on this page as soon as service is restored.

Investigating - Despite the SSA’s scheduled CBSV maintenance window, we are still experiencing issues with CBSV orders not processing successfully. Our team has already contacted the CBSV Support Team and is working with them to resolve this issue.

Please note: eCBSV integration remains fully operational, and all eCBSV transactions are processing successfully.
