All PCM orders have now been successfully processed and moved to an ongoing monitoring status. The system is operating as business as usual.
We will continue to closely monitor the orders over the next 2 days to ensure there are no processing issues.

Update -
Most of the PCM orders submitted for monitoring have been successfully accepted and monitoring has started. A small subset of orders is still in a submitted status, and we are actively working with the bureau team to get these addressed at the earliest.

Update -
P21 and P34 — A few subcodes associated with these portfolios were deactivated, which caused the processing delays. XPN team had reactivated the subcodes and all pending orders under these portfolios have been successfully processed this morning and moved to Ongoing status.
P08 — Due to a similar subcode issue, orders under P08 are experiencing delays. XPN is actively working with their processing team to identify and resolve it. An update will be posted once a resolution timeline is available.

Monitoring -
XPN has delivered the RESP file this morning for P08 covering PCM orders submitted on 06/03, and those orders have been successfully processed.
RESP files for P08 (06/04 and 06/07 submissions) and for portfolios P21 and P34 (06/03, 06/04 and 06/07 submissions) are yet to be received.
XPN is actively working on delivering the remaining files. We are closely monitoring and working with them to resolve this at the earliest.
